This year’s edition of Design Week Lagos tagged “Beyond the Box” was held at Livespot entertainment Centre, Lagos from October 20-23 , 2022, graced by a unique line-up of phenomenal African designers and architects with the spotlight on Ini Archibong who educated and wowed the audience with her practical workshop and conversations with dWL founder; Titi Ogufere.
DWL was created to showcase and honor the finest in modern African design across all categories while bringing in visitors and industry experts from across the world to see the most innovative work produced there. This festival is an annual seven-day event that celebrates creativity and innovation in a variety of fields, including architecture, industrial design, interior design, furniture design, graphics design, and technology.
Making a statement on stage was our S1 sofa which the panelist and speakers at the event relaxed into as they shared their thoughts , experiences and stories. While later pouring encomiums on the S1 sofa and the mindblowing feeling they experienced while sitting on it.
The highlight for us was Jumoke Adenowo’s address on “Neo Heritage” A topic that hits the core in interior and architecture industry.
